Deepika and her manager Karishma are being interrogated together and the duo has admitted to their 2017 WhatsApp chats.

Deepika Padukone admits to WhatsApp 'drug chats' with manager

Deepika Padukone who is currently undergoing investigation by the Narcotics Control Bureau office has reportedly accepted to drug chats with her manager Karishma Prakash.

According to reports by Times Now, Deepika and Karishma are being interrogated together and the duo has admitted to their 2017 WhatsApp chats.

According to the report, NCB officials are not satisfied with Deepika's replies. Deepika and Karishma are being grilled by NCB officer KPS Malhotra and his team. The NCB team will now look into procurement, consumption, transportation and peddling of drugs. The second round of questioning has also started by the officials.

Deepika is being quizzed by 5-member team at the NCB office. She was asked to keep her phone outside before her interrogation started.

The actress is being also asked about the party at held at Koko club in 2017. Earlier, Times Now had reported that Jaya Saha was the "owner" and also an "admin" of the chat group that had Karishma as one of its members.

Meanwhile, Deepika and Ranveer Singh met Mumbai's top lawyers last night at a five-star hotel. According to the reports, they met a team of 12 lawyers late last night to discuss the legal strategy.
