BRAC IT launches app to manage warranty records

BRAC IT has introduced "Meyad" - a smart mobile application to let you manage all the warranty records of your purchases.

BRAC IT Services, a subsidiary of the world's largest NGO, BRAC, has been working on several digital solution innovations for various organizations at home and abroad for a long time. These solutions include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), VAT Management, Audit Management, Human Resource (HR) Solutions, and more.

In continuation of their excellent work, recently BRAC IT has come up with "Meyad" mobile app to solve warranty related issues, says a press release.

Warranty is one of the key factors customers consider before buying a product. But within a few days, we lose track of the warranty related receipts and documents. Keeping track of random warranty cards can be frustrating. Hence, BRAC IT has introduced "Meyad" to save consumers from this hassle. With Meyad, you can save all your warranty details, track them and get reminders before warranty expires.

Arif Ur Rahman Chowdhury, Head of Commercial of BRAC IT, said, "BRAC IT works to provide simplified digital solutions to address our day to day problems. As individuals, it is a hassle for us to track warranties of products and services we use. Thus, we introduced Meyad to address all warranties related issues.  We are planning to incorporate more features in this app keeping users requirement in mind and make life better".

Now you can easily download the free version of "Meyad" app from your smartphone's Play Store or App Store. For more details about the app, visit the official Facebook page of "Meyad".
