Bproperty clarifies some information of rental rates mentioned in a news item headlined  "When rent is a thorn" that was published in The Business Standard on the 25th June 2020.

In a clarification sent through Benchmark PR, the real estate business operator says it offers office and commercial spaces at rates ranging from Tk60 to Tk500 per square feet, depending on the property, in the capital's Gulshan and Banani areas.

The Business Standard averaged 11 spaces up for rent in one of the operator's online brochures and found the range between Tk350 and Tk500 per square feet in some prime locations of Gulshan and Banani.
