Bproperty.com Ltd has recently signed an agreement with Japan Taguchi Construction Company Ltd (JTCCL) for offering premium residential apartments in a project called Park Homes Fuji Bashundhara residential area.

The project will be exclusively marketed by Bproperty, said a press release.

Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy and Abdul Huque, managing director of JTCCL signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations.

"We are seeing a growing demand for residential properties in Bashundhara R/A. Over the past several years we have seen more people wanting to live here," Mark Nosworthy said.

"This is an exciting opportunity for us to work on this exclusive premium project. We hope that this agreement will allow us to serve the community better by providing them with more real estate in this area," he added.
