Local electronics and electrical goods manufacturing brand Marcel declared the start of 'Digital Campaign Season 9' with the offer of free electricity bill up equivalent up to 21 years and also free installation facility for the customers on the purchase of Marcel AC.

The authorities concerned with Marcel on Tuesday announced the launching of the campaign from February 17 across the country at a declaration programme held in the company's corporate office in the capital, read a press release. 

The campaign season will be conducted until May 31, 2021. During this campaign, Marcel AC customers will get back money equivalent to the maximum of 21 years of electricity bill as free and also get cost-free installation facility. 

The local brand's Deputy Managing Directors Nazrul Islam Sarker, Eva Rizwana, Amdadul Haque Sarker and Humayun Kabir, Executive Directors SM Zahid Hasan, Tanvir Rahman, Ariful Ambia, Dr Shakhawat Hossen, Firoj Alam and Mofizur Rahman Zakir were present at the event.

Marcel is conducting the campaign to bring its after sales service activities under online automation aimed to provide quick and improved services to the customers. 

When customers will buy Marcel AC during the campaign period, his/her name, contact number and the product's model number will be digitally registered on a server. And thus, Customers will get their desired after sales service from any Marcel service centre any time, even if the warranty card is lost.

Customers will be able to enjoy 1 year replacement facility and up to 10 years guaranty on AC compressors, they are also getting a guarantee of up to 10 years on its compressor. 

Besides those benefits, customers can purchase Marcel brand new ACs at 25 percent discount through exchanging any brand's used ACs.

Engineers of Research and Development (RnD) Department of Marcel AC said, they released the most energy-efficient new model of smart AC named 'Super Saver' model under the diamond series. 

The cost of electricity in eco mode is only Tk 2.88 per hour in this new model AC that is certified by BUET. The inclusion of Ionizer technology in Marcel ACs keeps the room dirt free along with cooling. 

Users can easily know various information about Marcel smart ACs including the monthly electric bill, low or high voltage, overload on compressor etc. 

Rust-resistant Golden Fin Color Technology is being used in condensers of Marcel ACs which ensures the longevity of the cooling product. Every air conditioner of Marcel is released in the market after obtaining quality control certification from international standard testing lab NUSDAT-UTS.

Marcel has 76 service centres across the country under the ISO certified service management system to provide fast and best after sales service. The company's skilled and experienced engineers and technicians will be providing free servicing to ACs purchasers every 100 days.
