Dhaka WASA awards Pubali Bank for bill collection

Pubali Bank Limited has been awarded as one of the top bill collector banks in collecting Dhaka WASA's bills for the fiscal year 2019-2020, said a press release.

Dhaka WASA organised the `Bill Collection Award' ceremony in the city recently. Managing Director and CEO of Dhaka WASA Engineer Taqsem A Khan presided over the ceremony.

Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operative (LGRD) Minister Md Tazul Islam handed over the certificate and crest to Md Abdul Halim Chowdhury, managing director & CEO of the bank.

Chairman of Dhaka WASA Board Dr Engineer Golam Mostafa and Additional Secretary of LGRD Muhammad Ibrahim were present as special guests.

Managing Directors of different banks and Senior Executives of Dhaka WASA were also present.
