Bproperty has received the Asia's Greatest Brand prize in the real estate category at the Asia's Greatest Brands and Leaders 2019-2020 awards, says a press release. The winner was chosen by the consumers and industry experts.

The award show took place on February 7 at the Marriot Marquis Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy, and Manager of Marketing Mahzabin Chowdhury were present at the ceremony to receive the award.

Asia's Greatest Brands and Leaders is an intellectual property of URS Media Consulting that showcases some of the biggest brands all across Asia. These brands are categorized into three sub-categories: Iconic, Powerful and Emerging. Brands from the entire world and specifically from India, Bangladesh, UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Indonesia have been associated with this forum for the past several years.

The award was created to highlight those who have shaken the scene of their respective industries. With a highly strategic plan and various innovations, Bproperty managed to break through many stereotypes and change the landscape to provide everyone with equal and safe opportunities to engage with the market.

Mark Nosworthy said, "We are excited to be able to win this award, especially when you consider the big names that were nominated alongside us. It is a big honour to have our work recognized and rewarded in such a manner. This will motivate us to work even harder to make a bigger impact in Bangladesh and hopefully we can carry on doing such good work."

bproperty.com, owned by the Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG) headquartered in the UAE, launched in 2016 in Bangladesh and has had over 2.3 lakh properties marketed on its website. EMPG has a rich experience in delivering world-class real estate solutions to emerging markets, catering specifically to the needs of that specific market, through real estate portals in Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Bproperty headquarters is located in Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
