Bashundhara adopts PrismERP of Divine IT for automation

Bashundhara Group is one of the largest and leading industrial conglomerates in the country. It has full control of over 50 business units with a number of various products.  

The group has been contributing to the employment sector of the country. With sights locked on increasing the efficiency of its human resource management and implementing automation, Bashundhara has undertaken the project of Hello-HR, reads a press release.

The radar of this project lies all relevant features of Human Resource Management vis a vis, multi-layered performance management, leave-attendance, payroll management, employee self-service and many more modules.

Apart from enhancing the workforce efficiency, PrismERP Analytics helps stakeholders take the proper decision in the proper time.   

PrismERP is the first ERP software in Bangladesh that has been able to provide management and automation services to more than 35 types of businesses. Over 300 businesses in the nation are running their mundane operations through PrismERP.

The human capital management module of PrismERP allows companies to maintain and traverse the entire employee life cycle starting from recruiting him from scratch to clearing his final settlement.

This easy-to-use web and mobile-based solution allows businesses to take improved and faster decisions with its integrated MIS reporting feature.

PrismERP is playing a trailblasing role in gaining credibility and reliance on domestic software in the domestic industry as a result of its use in lieu of foreign software in many organistions in the country.

Vice President of Bashundhara Group Mr Safwan Sobhan and Managing Director & CEO of Divine IT Limited Mr Iqbal Ahmed Fakrul Hasan graced the inaugural ceremony of Hello-HR Project with their auspicious presence at the head office of the company on 12 April.

BG Chief Information Officer Mr Sifat Nur, Head of HR Mr Delwar Hossain were present on the occasion.

On behalf of Divine IT, Mr Imam Mahdi, AVP Business Analysis, and Mr Sayed Taslim Mahmood Ullash, AVP Business Development were also present at the ceremony.
