Aarong opens new multi-brand shopping outlet in Tejgaon

Aarong has inaugurated a new multi-brand outlet in capital's Tejgaon on Friday, said a press release.
The 35,000 square feet outlet is the replacement of the iconic Aarong outlet in Gulshan, which is just 500 meters from this new location.
The outlet has an outdoor parking facility, unlike any other retail location seen before in Dhaka, It will also soon feature a two-storey open-air cafe and restaurant.
Customers will find all of Aarong's sub-brands – Taaga, Taaga Man, Herstory, and Aarong Earth -spanning over just one floor and a mezzanine level.
"This place is a must-visit. We invite you to come and excite your senses and calm your soul," said Tamara Hasan Abed, managing director of Brac social enterprises.
The new outlet takes into consideration accessibility for persons with disabilities and provides specially designated parking, ramps, a wheelchair accessible lift, and washroom facilities to make it an inclusive space.
The outlet was inaugurated by the managing director and other Brac and Aarong officials.
Aarong is a social enterprise of Brac, the largest non-government organisation in the world.
