Nusrat Farzana Ohi, an assistant tax commissioner from batch 36 of Bangladesh Civil Service tax cadre, has won the honorary "Rector's Medal" by securing the first place in the 70th basic training course.

In the virtual presence of the prime minister, the course completion and certificate distribution ceremony was held on the campus of Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) in Savar on Thursday.

A total of 296 trainees from 15 cadres from batch 31 to 37 participated in the foundation training.

Another participant from the tax cadre Sohana Afroz Saeed, an assistant tax commissioner from 36th batch, bagged the honorary "DG Award" at Dhaka's Biam Foundation venue.
