Powder-like substance seized in Biman flight

The Dhaka Custom House, with aid of Civil Aviation, has seized around 15.65 kilogrammes of powder-like substance from a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight on Wednesday afternoon.
The substances were parts of a ready-made garment shipment of 340 cartons. 7 of the cartons contained the substance, Dhaka Customs House Deputy Commissioner (Preventive) Mohammad Marufur Rahman said.
The seized substances are already sent to the Department of Narcotics Control for laboratory testing.
