Today (16 January) is the 44th death anniversary of Maulana Abdur Rahim.

Maulana Abdur Rahim (Boro Hujur) was a prominent Islamic thinker, educator and founder of oldest madrasa in South Bengal (1912) Bhola Hajipur Fazil Madrasa, reads a press release of Hajipur Foundation.

On this occasion, a memorial meeting and prayers have been arranged by Hajipur Foundation and Hajipur Madrasa (Madrasa Complex).
