Ramadan Tips: Fasting and Diet plan
  • Intake complex carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables, brown rice and bread, chick peas dates etc to reduce hunger, chick peas dates to reduce hunger, prevent constipation and to get energy for prolong time. 
  • Consume enough proteins like meat, fish, eggs, legumes, pulses and milk products. 
  • Drink sufficient fluid in form of fresh fruit juice and yoghurt and limit intake of coffee or tea which will make us dehydrated.
  • Follow healthier cooking methods like steaming, grilling, baking or shallow frying.
