Enamul Haque a new director of SOS Bangladesh

Dr. Md. Enamul Haque has joined as the National Director of SOS Children's Villages Bangladesh on June 5, 2020.

Due to the retirement of the former National Director, he officially took over the responsibility.

SOS Children's Villages Bangladesh is a non-governmental social development organization that has been working in Bangladesh for over 48 years to establish children's rights.

SOS Bangladesh helps the poor and vulnerable families to increase their childcare capacity.

Besides, the organization provides quality alternative care through Family like Care when a child becomes homeless.

Dr. Enamul Haque has been working for 15 years to establish child rights.

He received his MBBS degree from Rajshahi Medical College and his Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Later, Dr. Haque completed his Masters in Public Affairs (MPA) from Dhaka University.

He has worked with various international organizations before joining SOS Bangladesh.

He has been awarded the "Harman Mainer Award" for his outstanding contribution in various charitable works for the needy sections of the society.

As an active member of Rotary Club Bashundhara, he is involved in various social service activities.

On this special day of taking charge, Dr Md Enamul Haque said, "The image of the children deprived of love of their parents has always remained hidden from the public eye. We want to work for the development of those children.
