Australia offering 'Australia Awards' scholarship for Bangladeshi students

Applications for the Australia Awards Scholarship for the 2022 academic year have begun in Foreign Affairs and Commerce department.

Students from any country in the world except Australia can apply for this full-free scholarship for the master's degree program till 30 April.

Under the scholarship, students can study various subjects including Health, Development, Environment, Sustainability, Trade, Public Policy, Economy, Governance, Infrastructure, Science, Engineering and Blue Economy.

Facilities 
The Australia Awards Scholarship is fully free and the expenses of books and reading accessories will be covered under the scholarship grant as well. 

Students will also receive housing costs and health insurance benefits.

Students studying on Australia Awards Scholarships will also receive return tickets for economy class flights. They will also get the opportunity to join fieldwork depending on the course.

Requirements
Bangladeshi citizens above the age of 18 can apply for the Australia Awards scholarship except those who have either Australian citizenship or are engaged or married to an Australian citizen. 

The candidate cannot be associated with any military service.

The IELTS score must be at least 6.5 and each band score cannot be below 6.

Applications can be submitted through the Australia Awards Bangladesh website.
