Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Friday. The Indian premier came to Bangladesh on a two-day state visit to attend the golden jubilee of Bangladesh Independence and the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangbandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. 

Narendra Modi inspects the guard of honour by a smart contingent of the Armed Forces at the Dhaka airport upon his arrival yesterday. 

Modi paid tribute to the heroic martyrs of the Liberation War of Bangladesh by placing a wreath at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar on the outskirts of the capital. 

Indian Prime Minister spoke at the concluding session of the 10-day twin mega celebration at the National Parade Ground in Dhaka. 

Narendra Modi inaugurated the Bangabandhu and Bapu Digital Exhibition at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital on Saturday. 

He visited Jeshoreshwari Kali Temple at Ishwaripur in Shyamnagar upazila of Satkhira on Saturday. 

Narendra Modi was entering Thakurbari temple at Orakandi in Kashiani upazila of Gopalganj today. 

Narendra Modi stood in silence to pay homage to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman after placing a wreath at Bangabandhu Mausoleum in Tungipara of Gopalganj. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her youngest sister Sheikh Rehana were present there.
